Arthur Fournier is an independent broker of twentieth century archives.

Over the past decade, the firm has placed important collections in the arts, letters, and sciences with the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of African American History and Culture, the Getty Research Institute, Columbia, Harvard, New York University, Penn State, Princeton, Yale, and the New York Public Library. Recent clients have included the Malcolm McLaren estate, the Arthur Russell estate, journalist and critic Bill Adler, the art collective EIDIA, filmmaker and hip-hop impresario Michael Holman, Mudd Club-founder Steve Mass, translator / publisher / situationniste Donald Nicholson-Smith, The Wooster Group, and Leonard Abrams, founder of the East Village Eye.

As members of the Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America (ABAA ), the firm buys and sells rare books, serials, and graphic art in all fields and genres. Specialties include primary source materials related to transformative social and cultural movements, the performing arts, visual culture, modern conflicts, and disruptive technologies.
